Monumo announces Jarek Rzepecki as CEO
Cambridge, UK - 1st April 2026: Monumo, the Engineering AI pioneer, has appointed Dr Jarek Rzepecki as CEO.
Jarek, formerly Monumo CTO, has been the driving force behind the Anser® AI Engine, a purpose-built Engineering AI platform creating complex engineering designs for production. This AI platform is already creating significant commercial advantage for leading global industrial and automotive manufacturers, as well as innovative start-ups.
Prior to joining Monumo, Jarek held various technical roles in companies including Microsoft Research, Siemens and Arm. He holds a PhD in Astrophysics from Heidelberg University and an MSc in theoretical physics from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
Jarek Rzepecki said, “This is an exciting time to become CEO. As a team we have spent the past few years designing, building and proving our technology. Now we are entering a new phase of growth, as we start to see it deliver real value for customers around the world.”

Named a Sunday Times ‘One to Watch’ in January of this year, Monumo is redefining engineering design and development. The team, split between Cambridge and Coventry, is already generating significant revenue through its subscription-based model and is currently working with customers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, initially focused on electric motor systems. The business is growing at pace with commercial contracts and revenue expected to double in 2026.
