I was attracted to Monumo as it gives me the opportunity to work on multi-disciplinary areas like machine design, power electronics design and controls, with the aim of creating technologies and IP to increase efficiency/cost in motors for EV applications and do my bit in helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
During his 18 years as an engineer in power electronics Bhaskar has worked on diverse areas including motor modelling and design, motor drives, 2-level, 3-level converters, active filters, resonant DC/DC converters, among others. He has a PhD in EEE from University of Sheffield. In his free time, he enjoys solving maths problems and making electronics projects with raspberry PI and arduino.
